Description

The page for “Data access and analysis” was left with “In development” under “Resources for IDAC users”.

Fill it in, and/or create a subpage for this, or if the content goes in rsp.lsst.io or perhaps to other technical documentation for idacs (idacs.lsst.io??) then add a link.

Keep in mind that the scope is high-level details only, and that the FS pages should link to tech docs.

Bumping this far forward to end of August. IDACs are still in development. Revisit the situation in late summer / fall.
